Shipping policy
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped, in most cases,
within 3-5 business days. 
The Stitchery Nook is not liable for what happens to the merchandise after it leaves the store. If a package is lost in the mail, we will do our best to help locate it and/or seek insurance payment from the carrier so we can replace it.  For orders placed online you will receive a tracking number generated by the system when your order ships.

PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING SERVICE (USPS/UPS/FEDEX) BEFORE CONTACTING US in the event that a package is lost. 

The Stitchery Nook is not responsible for stolen packages. No refunds or replacements will be given. If you have issues with stolen packages, please seek a safe address for shipment and delivery (Post Office Box, work address, etc.).
